Delete Your ChimpChamp Account

You can permanently delete your ChimpChamp account and account-linked data either inside the app or by contacting MOHA Globally.

Delete or reset in ChimpChamp

Open ChimpChamp and choose:

  • Settings → Delete Account
  • For anonymous guests: Settings → Reset Guest Data

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have access to ChimpChamp, you can request deletion by email. You do not need to log in, reinstall the app, or download the app.

REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION

In your message, include:

  • Your ChimpChamp Support ID, if available
  • A statement that you are requesting permanent account deletion

Your Support ID can be found in ChimpChamp Settings. An email address or Support ID by itself does not prove account ownership. MOHA Globally may request reasonable verification before processing deletion.

What deletion removes

Permanent account deletion removes:

  • Your Firebase Authentication account
  • Your ChimpChamp profile
  • Your username, bundled avatar, and country flag
  • Your game progress
  • Your Grapes balance, including purchased consumable Grapes
  • Your leaderboard record
  • Other account-linked gameplay data

Purchases, refunds, and limited retention

Store purchases are not automatically refunded. Refund requests are handled through Google Play or Apple where applicable.

Limited purchase or transaction-integrity records, or records needed for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance, may be retained when necessary for those purposes.
